My name is Alexandra.

I’m Alexandra De Montreuil, a Holistic Therapist, Reiki Master, Certified Crystal Therapist, Theta Healer, Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP & CCTP-II), Certified Breathwork Facilitator, Feng Shui Consultant, and Aromatherapist.

Born in Lima, Peru, into a multicultural family with French, Italian, and Spanish roots, I grew up immersed in diverse traditions and languages. I am fluent in Spanish, Portuguese and English.

From a young age, I discovered my sensitivity to energy and my deep connection to the spiritual world. By adolescence, I was already exploring Reiki, meditation, plant medicine, and crystals—tools that would later become the foundation of my life’s work.

My path has taken me across continents—from Lima to Miami, London, Brazil, California, India and back to Miami, where I’ve been based since 2014. Along the way, I built a career in fashion design & Merchandising, but life’s challenges and synchronicities led me back to my true calling: healing, energy work, and guiding others on their journeys of transformation.

For the past nine years, I’ve dedicated myself fully to serving others—helping clients release trauma, reconnect with their inner wisdom, and awaken to the best version of themselves. Whether through energy healing, breathwork, customized crystal grids, sound healing or plant medicine, my mission is always the same: to create safe, sacred spaces where deep healing and empowerment can unfold.

Today, I feel blessed to live in alignment with my purpose while being a devoted mother to my daughter, Gaia. My vision is to bring holistic healing and trauma-informed practices to communities around the world—bridging ancient wisdom with modern therapeutic approaches.
